Information

Pre-Event Delivery

Our facility has 24-hour security, so deliveries can be accepted in advance of your event & stored securely
– free of charge - prior to your booking. We have a forklift and pallet lifter on-site if required.
Please make arrangements with the Events Office when booking your event.

Free Car Parking

Ample free car parks are available for 100+ vehicles. Location and parking maps can be supplied.

Invoicing/Payment

No deposit is required. You are invoiced directly following your event. Terms are 14 days – payable by credit card (not AMEX) or direct to our bank account. All details supplied on invoice. You will receive 2 invoices – one from The Precinct Conference Centre for the venue charges, and one from the caterer for food/beverage.

Other Information
